Article 2 – Product Description

Manaswim World LP offers parent-child aquatic coaching programs delivered through digital content and, depending on the program selected, personalized remote coaching services.

The programs may include, but are not limited to:

• Educational video lessons

• Written learning materials

• Structured learning modules

• Live webinars

• One-on-one remote coaching sessions

• Access to customer support or a private community

The detailed features and specifications of each program are described on the applicable sales page.

Article 3 – Pricing of Digital Products

Program prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes, on the applicable sales pages at the time the order is placed.

Manaswim World LP reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price in effect at the time the Customer's order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Payment Terms

Payment may be made in a single payment or through an installment plan, where available.

Access to the training materials may be granted even if the Customer chooses to pay in installments. In such cases, access to the program will be provided upon receipt of the first payment.

The Customer agrees to pay all scheduled installment payments in full and on time.

Any late or missed payment may result in the automatic suspension of access to the program until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Invoices for all payments made will be automatically sent to the Customer by email.
